Globe-Trotter defines British Luxury, heritage, craftsmanship and travel elegance. Hand made in England since 1897 using original Victorian Machinery and the unique 'Vulcan Fibre' material. At the 2007 edition of 100% Design Tokyo the first ever next generation Globe-Trotter hard case, onehundred&ten (110) was exclusively previewed.

Imagined by visionary designer, Ross Lovegrove, the project began in January 2006 with the concept of 'fibre' and 'lightness'. Lovegrove created an organic form with a modern trolley/frame system that was developed by world leaders in carbon fibre technology based in Japan. This early prototype evolved into a simple carry, or air cabin, case in order to achieve a remarkable lightweight of 1.4kg.

At 21" x 15" x 7.5" (53 cm x 38 cm x 20 cm), this edition is the ultimate carry on piece traveling with any airline.
